What: This all-day tour provides foodservice and grocery professionals, dietitians and culinary students a firsthand understanding of the importance of the soybean and livestock value chain in Wisconsin. The tour will show how soybeans grow in farm fields, are utilized as feed for livestock and poultry operations, and food for human consumption.
